RECEIVER & EMITTER STATIONS

These can either be free standing or mounted in a flush mount wall plate. The Wall plate can either be separate or combined with a TV outlet. |
EMITTERS
EMITTERS are installed by peeling off backing adhesive strip and attaching the element over the Remote window of the equipment to be controlled.
IRM receiver heads
Mount with Velcro® pad on TV or other convenient location.
ARRANGEMENTS AND POWER SUPPLY
Typically all Receiver and Emitter stations will have a common “S” connection so that commands received by any receiver station are transmitted out of every emitter station however it is quite acceptable to have ‘groups’ of receiver/emitter stations that have their own S connection so that only specific equipment can be controlled from other specific rooms or locations. The power supply plugs into the Power Adaptor Lead which is wired into the system (at the ‘+’ & ‘G’ connections). It is advised that for long cable runs (>50m), the power supply is connected near the largest group of Emitter Stations.
